FAMILY PICNIC 2009 - OFFICIAL POST
OK, OK. Here's Jeanine's and my thought on this. There is a wedding (Papich) that I think Nate, Jake, and maybe Ben will be attending on August 8 in Billings. If the picnic were held Sunday, August 9 at Jumping Creek, they might be able to make it. So, that is our vote. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

well depending on how i decide to come back from D.C., I may or may not be there. if i take the train, i definitely will not be there..if I decide to fly, then i will be. so....i am not sure yet...sorry, i will be a game time decision. but i like the date and place!

We are in!! Sorry Ryan! Matt and Kelly weren't planning to come, so this date works fine!
Seems fine to me, but I know that Abe and Desiree will be in LA for Sunil's wedding. Jim (the elder) said the WSS Book Festival is July 31 - August 2, and it might be good to shoot for the Union League Hall event on that weekend. Would that work in concert with the Family Picnic? Jes riffin' here.
We will try to be there, but my due date is the 16th, so it will just depend on how I'm feeling. August 9th is our wedding anniversary and Nate seems set on the idea the baby will be born on this day, so we'll see. Really want to be there though, so I'll just keep my legs crossed all day!

I love the place and the date sounds good. That is of course if Miranda and baby are still together!!
I am tied up that first weekend in July so I would not be able to do anything in WSS. I think that as we get older and our children grow up and spread out, we are going to have to go with what the majority can do. If a few can't come and more can, then go for it. It would be perfect if people could do the event in WSS and then picnic on Sunday. Just keep us posted.
