Today is Jake's 26th Birthday. Yay! And he gets to spend the day as a newly graduated Doctor of Medicine! Graduation was great, the Cardinals game was awesome and the birthday will rock today!

Happy Birthday Jake!! And congrats on graduation! That's a pretty amazing feat, if I do say so myself. And congrats to MB (I didn't mess it up this time, Kelly did!). I hope to see you both soon! My favorite memories with Jake are the homerun derbies and football games in Grandma's yard. Also seeing Jake, Nate, and Jen together. T-R-O-U-B-L-E!!! Love ya!
