Congratulations to Jen as she wrapped up two solid months of studying from 8 to 5 on a daily basis at the State Law Library. She took the State Bar on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Suffice it to say that she was back in Helena having a few shots by Wednesday night. We are so proud of you for seeing it through Jen!

Guess I will leave a comment to update. First, I think ma should have waited until post-Miranda birthday, but whatever. Second, I did finish the bar, and now I am preparing to begin my stint in the Navy. I will head out to Rhode Island in a week and a half where I will go through some "basic" and then attend military justice school. After that, I will be stationed somewhere for 4 years, not sure where yet, but I am crossing my fingers for San Diego or Hawaii. That is about all that is going on with me. Now that the bar is over, I feel like I am truly done with law school and can move on to much bigger and better things. Thank you all (especially my parents and siblings) for putting up with me these past few months and for all of the support. Your prayers were felt this past week! :)
I hope to see most of you at the family picnic
Jen - congrats on getting over that hurdle. i don't think you totally appreciate how consuming something like that is until it's done. i'm sure you smoked it and are on your way to becoming a top JAG.
Love ya...

Yes, Miranda, I apologize that I did it on top of your birthday blog. I did it late at night and for some reason (because I am old) thought it was the next day! Sorry about that Ms. 30 year old!
Jen, Congratulations!! That is an incredible feat to accomplish. I am proud as a peacock cousin to have you in my family tree. :) Best wishes!!

Congrats, Jen. Are we going to see you here in the big city any time in your travels? We know you'll be a fantastic attorney. - Abe & Des
