Alright, enough of the facebookin' already.....

I think that everyone's addiction to facebook is severly impairing their blog posting rate and I simply find this unacceptable. As a non-facebooker, I am now out of the loop and depend on the blog for my continual familial updates. C'mon people, the blog, the blog!! Don't discriminate just because it is old fashioned. It's a useful tool and can yet again be a part of your repretoire if you will but let it. Look, I'll even post a picture to remind you how easy and user friendly it is.

See? Even Kesiah says it's Number 1 (as she flashes her fancy band-aid)!
Missin' the Moores.

Just got done facebookin' and came over to the blog. I agree Hannah, I miss the old excitement of the blog.

Oh, gotta run, just got a new notification on facebook. Later.

Heh.

I was just about to post something very similiar to Hannah's post. I must admit I am a Facebooker but the Moore Family Blog is much more personable; and accesible to those that are not Facebook members. Grandma has also voiced her thoughts on the sudden decrease in posts, so let's resurrect the blog or we'll have to answer to the General!

Interesting. Just the other day, I was talking to a friend about the progression -- first, rounds of e-mail messages; second, the blog; third, Facebook. I admit, I joined Facebook just to keep up with some of the news. But I agree that the blog is better for family communications. Thanks, Hannah, for bringing the topic to the table. I'm with ya!

I'd post news but really I have none. I do check the blog multiple times daily though so the above post was a joke. (kinda)

i also check the blog everyday, and i don't post anything often because there isn't much going on right now...but i am an avid blogger fan and i would never put facebook above the blog (that is, unless i am playing mafia wars)

That is a very stylin' band-aid. I have not been checking the blog everyday, I am sorry. And I have probably been on facebook pretty much everyday, but that is also for business reasons. But I would be willing to put in a little extra procrastination time to appease the General.

You're right, Hannah. I just am bad at staying in touch with people period. I did get a random call from the General yesterday, but that was just because she was trying to call Mary. I will take anything I can get, though!! The show is still kicking. Last leg here this weekend! Love you all! Oh, and if you have any advice for a soon-to-be college grad, I would love to hear it!! Love you all!!

Hannah Banana - you are so funny!! We would never give up the blog over facebook! I check this everyday! I am sure the younger ones check facebook more regularly, but this is it for me. I told Matt and Kelly to post pictures of their new house when they take some. They are moving in this weekend. So we now have relatives that we can visit in Florida and go to Disney World!
Love the bandaid!!

Thanks, Hannah for your message. I'm with the general and don't use facebook and get all the news via the blog. Will try to get some pictures of our new home posted soon.
Love, Connie

You know, I was just retrospecting a bit and noticed that of the last 10 posts, 8 of them have been from us second generationers, who, one may be lead to imagine, are the ones addicted to facebook. Just a little knowledge to fan some flames out there. :) have a good day!

I would blog - but really don't have that much to say! Peter updates Sabina's blog pretty regularly - so if you just want a little cute in your day check it out. Until some exciting news happens in our world - I will have to stick with reading about all of you and facebooking (nice new verb!).
