Well it's almost in the books, but Happy Birthday, Ryan. Hope you're spending it nicely with your lady and the little guy. Sounds like we're losing you to the potato state for the family picnic but we'll be thinking of ya and know that you'll be keeping those future french fries safe.

Okay - First, thank you Mike for covering my butt and getting a post up for Ryan. I honestly was going to do it but we got caught up in 60th anniversary festivities (Mugs and Fredo's) and his birthday. He celebrated it with almost all of his Palagi family (minus brother Rory and a cousin) then he got to stick around a bit on Saturday before flying to Boise (where it's been 109 for the past two weeks - woohoo). He'll be there for a month doing all things Army - classes, keeping track of the Joes, and playing on tanks. He, unfortunately, will miss 2-a-days for football (yah - he is actually sad) and will get back with only 2 days before school starting!
So keep him in your thoughts this next month!
