First off, thanks Mom for posting the birthday post for Nate. His new boss took him out for a drink, so even though his family wasn't there to celebrate with him, he did get to have some fun. We survived our second nearly cross country move and it was wonderful thanks largely in part to mom and dad who watched Emma for us. Our current info is

Nate started his job at the beginning of June and seems to be enjoying it. I still don't have a start date because I have to take my certification test before I can start, but I have very much enjoyed being a full time Mom. Our house hunt has so far been unsuccessful but we are optimistic. Feel free to stop by if you are in the neighborhood!

We will be coming through the first part of July, I think, and we will definitely look you up!! The plan now is for us to take Kelly and boys to Rapid and meet up with her folks and trade off. We are so enjoying having them here! Anyway, we are so glad that you are this much closer to family!
So the story begins like this:
I meet up with Jake to play some raquet ball and then join the Wingerters for a nice family dinner. Jake and I arrive a good hour before dinner so Mary is walking and Jim is still at work.
Miranda calls Mary's phone and I decide to have a little fun so I answer it, "Magic City Glass, how may I help you."
Long pause. "Um, I think I have the wrong number." She hangs up.
Two seconds later the phone rings again. I answer, "Magic City Glass."
Miranda, obviously confused as heck, asks me what number I am and why she is getting Magic City Glass when she hits her Mom's speed dial.
I ask her if she ever had a Mini Cooper which she confirms and I explain how Magic City Glass bought the list of all Mini Cooper owners in the US and call them to see if they want to get their glass replaced. She must have accidentally programed Magic City Glass into her Mom's name when she got the call.
Miranda is even more confused now as she expresses her amazement at how they have a list of all the Mini Cooper owners in the US. She again apologizes profusely for the wrong dial.
I am now doubled over laughing with the rest of the Wingerter boys and Madison. It was a good four minute conversation before I had to tell her it was Nate Moore.
Maybe one of my best reverse prank phone calls ever. Thanks, Miranda, you made all of our days. We really do love you!

Yes, I am sadly probably the most gulible person you will ever meet. And I don't know how to spell guilible. I'm in need of serious help all around!

well, just a small correction, actually, nate is the youngest of the trio!! so i think that probably makes it a little worse for randa!! :)
