Another one in the books. A beautiful run down through the Provo Canyon into Provo.
A great Moore family run coming up in September. Nate, Jen, Tom, and I will be participating in the Napa Valley Ragnar Relay, a 12 member 200 mile overnight relay. Should be fun!
Congrats AGAIN!! Never ends and looks like you won a medal! Not surprising. Wish we had been in the state when you were galavanting along. Next time, maybe.

Jim W just ran a half marathon this past Saturday in West Yellowstone. Now he is looking at a triatholon in August. You guys really are crazy!
