Report from the Orient

Well, we have one performance under our collective belt. I'd rate it 7.5 on a scale of 10. Four more to go, and they look like fun. I plan to explore the neighborhood today, just poke around on foot a bit. We have a self-styled tour planned for tomorrow -- more on that later. Here's a view of Mt. Fuji from my hotel window; today was the first day clear enough to see it. The other picture is the performance stage.

Cool pictures! That looks like quite the stage. Hope the rest of your performances are fun! That looks like quite the city! Way too many people for me!

Wow, looks like a theater! Are people permitted to stand up and dance?

I love the picture with Mt. Fuji in the background, John. Beautiful. (Did we ever tell you that Fabi climed Mt. Fuji when she was living in Japan?!) Hope you are loving every minute of your adventure!

Love,
