Just wanted to toast Gramma (again) on the upcoming purchase of her new condo. It is bright, cheery and in a great neighborhood. Hopefully all of the paperwork can come together and Gramma doesn't get cold feet. By the end of January, she should have a new address. She looked at it last week with Mary and liked it so Jim W., Marc, Mary, Connie, Tommy, Gramma and I went out yesterday and checked it out again. Gramma gave Tommy the thumbs up to make an offer and it was accepted. It is a little scary but I think it is going to be awesome!! Here are a couple of pictures. The first one is the front entrance; the second her kitchen; the third the kitchen eating area from the living room and the fourth her laundry room. Keep your fingers crossed that all goes well!!

Fantastic place! We can't wait to see it. I love how the kitchen opens up to the dining area. We're always all hanging out in the kitchen anyway, for some reason. Congratulations, Gramma. We love it and love you.
