It's time to make this happen...AGAIN!! If your calendars are not already marked, block out 12-14 July for the second annual Weekend of Moore Fun! We have the entire Riverside Motel in Ennis blocked out for the weekend.
Unlike last year, we will not be doing a SignUp Genius. The Moore Siblings are providing meals for Friday night and Saturday night. Lunch consisting of deli sandwich makings, chips, and fruit will be provided for Saturday -- please feel free to add to the food for lunch (dietary needs or just because), but don't worry about bringing anything for the dinners unless specifically asked. Breakfasts will be on your own like we did last year.
Below is a layout of the rooms, a room description, and room assignments. We are going to do it a little different this year. I will not be assigning rooms, but rather you can pick from whatever rooms are available. The Buyske Clan is arriving on Wednesday, 10 July for a little family time before the weekend. The only other rooms that would not be available before Friday afternoon are rooms 8, 9, and 11.
The Riverside Motel can be contacted at (406-682-4240). Anna or Bethany will be happy to help you secure a reservation. I will work with Anna to keep this list up to date, but everyone could help by commenting when you make a reservation.

Sounds like it will be an amazing time again!! Wish I could be around for the party. Maybe next year we can look at Germany as an option...? Or maybe not..

Room listing updated with Connie, John and Ann, as well as Birch and Shannon. Remember to comment here if you could when you reserve a room and I will update the list and it also lets everyone else know what rooms are available before they call if I haven't had a chance to update the list.
Really looking forward to this summer and had an idea for us to bring back some of the favorite games people had from previous picnics. I know washers will always be a staple and that's good, but I also liked the game with the pvc pipes, beer, and frisbee (Polish Horseshoes, Beer Frisbee, Beersbee, or whatever we want to call it). If no one has a setup for it, I can make one for this summer.

Just booked Room 11. I think it will be just Johnny and me this time. He still hasn't stopped talking about last year! Looking forward to it.
Rachel and I will be in Room 19 - can't wait for Huckleberry vodka and Dr. Pepper!
