Well I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend.

We had a great 4th that was highlighted by a good 5K race and my recently aquired horse being ridden in the Grantsville parade by a student in the local riding academy. He is a 6 year Paint gelding named "Cowboy". Beryl also got a horse, a 15 year old quarter horse mare named "Dutchess".

Saturday evening we went for a beautiful trail ride up in the Oquirrh mountains.

The Rocking Goat Ranch just keeps growing.

When I get home we are definitely going to have to sit down and discuss this ranch business. I am going to have to pick your brain about how to acquire such beautiful horses! :)

Glad you had a good fourth. A horse ride has got to be the BEST way to spend the 4th.

Great looking horse! What a fun destination your house is becoming. Hopefully we'll be able to get down there at some point. Tyson can be introduced to farm animals in person!!!

When is the name going to reflect the new animals? The Bucking Goat Ranch? The Rocking Goarse Ranch?

Beautiful horse; hopefully I can get down there for a trail ride. That'd be sweet.

Ok, and Jim failed to mention his amazing time for his 5k race. What was it: 19:30? Such a speed demon. And awhile back he came in tenth overall in a 5k and third in his age group. So impressive.
