He's Two!

A Big Day for Jen!

Happy birthday to our Jen!  Amazing sister who drove from Spokane to Helena and then to Newell, SD to see her sister's play; marathon runner; law graduate; summer student; almost Navy lawyer!  We never see to be amazed at what she tries and her grit and determination.  You are a special one, Jen!  Hope your birthday is a fun one.  I mean when you are in Libby at Libby Logger Days, how can it be anything but fun!!  We love you!  Dad and Mom

We have had anniversaries and birthdays up the wazoo lately! We want to make sure that Jim and Mary don't get left out since it is their big 30th! You two are the best and always fun to be around. You are beyond generous when it comes to hosting events or putting up family members at the house. One of my favorite memories will always be the Polson trip! Let's give a big cheer for Johnny and Ann who are celebrating their 18th anniversary today! What a wonderful couple they are. My favorite memory of the two of them was playing PDQ with them and Ann beating Johnny and trying not to gloat and apologizing for winning! You guys are too funny. Hope you enjoy your day!

Michael got word today that he passed his optometry boards! We are so proud of you son! Congratulations!!

35 Years Later...

35 years ago today 2 people made the commitment to spend the rest of their lives together. And what a life it has been! 6 children, 5 grandchildren (and counting...), wonderful friends, and a big, loving extended family. What more could someone ask for? Well, maybe a big enough house to fit everyone. ;) We had a really great party for Mom and Dad on Saturday, so thanks again to Mary for letting us have it at her house and thanks to everyone who could make it. Happy 35th Anniversary Mom and Dad!! You are an amazing couple who really exemplify a true bond with someone. Alright, enough with the mushy stuff. I hope you both have a wonderful day!! Happy Birthday Nate!

Yesterday was Nate Meunier's birthday and it is the BIG one...30!! Miranda and Nate are on vacation as of yesterday...driving to Minnesota for a wedding and to see some friends then to Wisconsin to see some of Nate's family. Sounds like an awesome way to spend a birthday...driving that far with a 3 year old and a 10 month old!!

But maybe he and Emma can do some more dancing!

Happy Birthday, Abe!

It's Abe's birthday today, just five days after the Big Bash in Chicago to celebrate Desiree's birthday. Abe turns 36, and I think he can look back with some satisfaction at what he's accomplished thus far. Of course, a few incidents from his younger years ... we'll just ignore those. Have a great day, Abe, and celebrate with gusto!

Way to Go, Jen!

We would like to give Jen a big pat on the back as she completed a marathon race today in Bozeman. It was quite the course but she stuck with it and saw it through! The first picture sees her take off all peppy! The second is at about 16 miles when all was not so well. The third is at the 22 mile mark and she is pretty cramped up but still going. The fourth is coming up the home stretch to Cat stadium. The fifth gives you the perfect shot of how she felt. We are so proud of her for seeing it through! Love you, Jen!!!
